R enaud has over ten years of experience as a climate policy analyst and project manager. Author of Quebec’s first carbon budget in 2013, he has held various positions with the Quebec Ministry of Environment, the Canadian Climate Institute, the private sector and research centres. Renaud holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval and a Master of Economics from Université du Québec à Montréal. He is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Quebec Association of Economists and the Canadian Society for Ecological Economics.
